Manchester United starlet defends Harry Maguire, calls his critics idiots


Manchester United starlet Brandon Williams has defended his team captain, Harry Maguire, who is often the target of criticism on social media, even by Red Devils fans themselves.

Maguire's performance at Manchester United has been criticized since last season. Maguire was again the target of criticism and even ridicule at the start of this season.

"People don't listen to the outside world. Harry will train 100 per cent every day," Williams told Sportsman.

"Harry will be at his best, whether he is a starter, or when he starts the game on the bench, 100 per cent."

"We don't care about the outside world because the only thing that matters is the opinion on the inside. The opinion on the inside is the most important." he insisted.

Critics of Harry Maguire Idiot

Furthermore, Williams even called netizens who were busy criticizing and even mocking Maguire on social media as idiots.

"If you do well in training, who is that little idiot sitting on Twitter who is going to tell you you can't start. Who is he? I really don't get it. Harry is the best friend. Top captain and top player. going to have a great career," Williams said.

"He's had a great career already. He's on a stepping stone and he'll get to the top where he wants to be. He's been at the top. He's the captain of Manchester United. I dreamed of being like that one day and he's done it."
