Croatia went through a shootout to eliminate Brazil in the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Cup, Education City Stadium, Friday, 9 December 2022. The score was 0-0 for 90 minutes, changed 1-1 after 120 minutes, and ended 4-2 for Croatia to win in the penalty shootout.

As predicted, Brazil appeared far more dominant in this match. Croatia chose to play defensively, but was able to threaten counterattacks.

Saturday (10/12/2022), Morocco defeated Portugal with a narrow score of 1-0 in 90 minutes of a fierce duel in the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Cup. This result was one of the big surprises at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Morocco's winning goal was scored by Youssef En-Nesyri in the first half. With this result, Morocco managed to become the first African team to qualify for the semifinals of the World Cup

England 1-2 France

England's dream of winning the 2022 World Cup has vanished. Their steps only reached the quarter-finals after being thrashed by France.
