It's called moving to Manchester United or Arsenal, says Youri Tielemans

Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans has opened up about the situation. The midfielder has not ruled out that he could potentially leave Leicester City in the upcoming transfer window.

Tielemans is arguably one of Leicester City's best players in recent years. The midfielder showed an impressive performance with the Foxes.

Since last summer there have been many rumors regarding the future of Tielemans. This is because the midfielder's contract will expire in 2023.

Tielemans is increasingly being rumored to be leaving after the Foxes' performance began to decline this season. Manchester United and Arsenal are said to be ready to accommodate him in the winter.

Check out Tielemans' response to the rumors below.

Ready to Go

Quoted by Manchester Evening News, Tielemans did not rule out leaving Leicester City in the winter.

But he insists that he will only move to a club that he feels has good prospects for his career. Otherwise he will patiently wait.

"I don't want to talk too much about my current contract situation. I will only leave Leicester if I get the right project," said the midfielder.

No regret

Tielemans himself admitted that he did not regret staying at Leicester City. However, the team has been struggling lately.

He said he was fully committed to Leicester regarding his current situation.

"Just because the situation is deteriorating at Leicester doesn't mean I regret staying at this club."

For Sale

Leicester City will reportedly sell Tielemans in the winter. Because they don't want to lose by releasing it for free.

They are reported to be selling in the range of £20 million for the midfielder's services.
