A compliment given by Ronald Araujo to Facundo Pellistri. He considered the young winger to have shown an impressive performance in the Uruguay national team even though he had just recovered from an injury.
As is well known, FIFA is currently holding an international break. All national teams in the world take advantage of this period to hold official trials and competitions, including Uruguay.
Diego Alonso called up a total of 26 players in this international break. La Celeste will hold two friendly matches against Iran and Canada in this break.
When asked which player impressed him in the Uruguay national team training session, this was Ronald Araujo's answer. "I think Facundo Pellistri is the player that surprised me the most," Araujo told Uruguay's El Pais.

Great Performance
Araujo admitted that he was impressed with Pellistri. Because he considered the winger to be impressive in the Uruguay national team recently.
Even though he knew that the winger had just recovered from an injury. So the defender was amazed by the appearance of his kompariot.
"He surprised me, because he gave a spectacular game for the national team. Even though we all know that he has not played for a long time because of injury," continued Araujo.
Feel Fit
Furthermore, Araujo admitted that he was comfortable playing with Pellistri. He said that he managed to have good chemistry with the winger.
So he is happy that Pellistri has recovered from his injury and can strengthen the Uruguay national team.
"We understand each other very well. We are able to work well together on the right so he really impressed me," added the defender.

Manchester United itself is reportedly happy to see Pelistri has recovered from injury.
Erik Ten Hag needs the services of the winger. Because starting in October the Red Devils will have a very long schedule.
