Manchester United playmaker Bruno Fernandes shares his impressions of being coached by Erik Ten Hag. He said that there is one characteristic that distinguishes Ten Hag from previous MU managers.
Ten Hag in recent years is quite synonymous with Ajax Amsterdam. He was in charge of the Dutch giants for four years and brought Ajax to many trophies.
This summer Ten Hag made the big decision of his career. He left Ajax and joined Manchester United.
Fernandes said the presence of the Dutch coach had a number of differences with previous MU coaches. "First of all, he [Ten Hag] has a clear idea," Fernandes told The Athletic.

Bring Discipline
According to Fernandes, Ten Hag is very disciplined in implementing the ideas he wants. So he thinks that's why United now have a clear game identity.
"He has a clear style of play, and you have to follow the rules he makes. He is very strict about this and I personally like his firmness," explained Fernandes.
"He makes the team more disciplined, and I think this is what we haven't had in recent years. He wants his team to be in the same vision and this is what Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp have been doing in their teams."
Can Still Be Better
Fernandes believes that Manchester United has developed a lot under Ten Hag. But he is optimistic that the Red Devils can still do much better in the future.
"We still have a big room to develop. The manager needs time to bring out our best and combine it with his game idea," continued Fernandes.
"I believe that we will be at a point where we will be a stable team and all our players are in the same vision."
